I'm thrilled to share the news that my husband and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy, at the end of September— just two weeks from now! We are deep in the process of preparing our little Brooklyn “nest” for his arrival.
I’ve finally taken off for maternity leave, as my feet were screaming and my belly was starting to get in the way! I'm definitely enjoying the time to relax and prepare for the beloved human that will soon enter our lives, but my heart hurts a bit as I temporarily hit "pause" on the healing work, community, and space that I value so much.
Fear not: I’ll be back in the office once baby arrives and I settle into my new routine. I’ll be in touch with a cute pic and my return date.
I’m very lucky to work alongside several talented acupuncturists at Nest Wellness, whom I highly recommend for treatment in my absence.

See you all on the flip side: this time as an acupuncturist AND Momma! It's all a gift.
