I'd like to introduce you to the exceptionally skilled health & wellness practitioners that I work alongside with at Nest Wellness, the healing space (and home of Prinz Acupuncture) that Align Acupuncture and I opened with love in June 2019. Late Summer bridges the gap between the hot, hazy days of Summer and the crisp days of Fall, spanning mid-August to the Fall Equinox. This period corresponds to the Earth Element and relates to balance, centering, and boundaries.
